Wild geese were heard In this
section of the valley last, night
and this morning until daylight
cleared the way through the fog
for them to ret their bearings on
their migration to the south. Many
hunters were out at the peep of
day trying to get a shot at the
huge birds before they left the
flats where they were supposed to
have settled for the night.
