large centerpiece of pink cosines,

green bowl; graced the center,

was a' pink taper candle placed in
a green holder. A profusion of
autumn leaves made a cdsy decor­
ation for .the room» of the Gillette
heme. A fter dinner, the guests
spent an enjoyable evening In
conversation and listening to the
radio.

Community Hospital
A Call to Help “Tag” Day—
A call is being made to every
person In the city to help on Sat­
urday, November 5, which
has
been designated by the members
of the local Women’s Christian
Temperance Union as their “Tag ”
day. The American Legion Aux­
iliary members w ill chnvas t h e
town and endeavor to sell live-

cents apiece, the proceeds to go to
