Biscuiti—4 cup* flour, 1 tsp. salt, X cup Alpine
Milk, 6 tsp*. baking powder, 4 tbsps. butter or
butter substitute, X cup water. Mix and sift
flour, baking powder,salt. Rub in the ahorten-
ing, add Alpine Milk and water. Roll to thick
ness of X inch. Cut and bake in a hot oven
from 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 20 small biscuits.
