Billboards And H ot Dog Stands Are Under Fire D-' The State Motor Association points out that almost unnoticed a reform to taking, place in .the elimination of billboards and hot dog stands from Oregon High ways. , i ■Slowly but surely the Highway Department is acquiring land along the right-of-way bordering on scenic and historical sections.
