They were pre­ pared and Written by a contributor to The Dearborn Independent, whose works and writings have in the past appeared in various periodicals in this coun­ try. They were accepting at their face value by the Dearborn Publishing Company. I t , has since been found that inaccuracies of fact were present in the articles and that erroneous conclusions were drawn from these inaccuracies by the writer. As a result of this, Mr. Sapiro may have been injured and reflection cast upon him unjustly. Such state­ ments as may have reflected upon Mr. Sapiro ’s honor or integrity, impugned his motives or chal­ lenged the propriety of his personal or- professional actions are withdrawn.
