front, gving an extreme decolette
effect above and
accentuating
the lines of the figure below.

Dolores Del Rio, the Mexican
star, has designed a two-ln-one
dress. I t is a combniation street
frock and evening gown, and is
quite swanky whether viewed by
night or day. The outer cover Is
a removable bolero, which is un­
fastened at the , shoulders and
sides and slipped off in the eve­
ning, revealing ' underneath a
printed chiffon frock.
The bolero is for street west,
and the frock underneath for din­
ner and parties. No undies are
necessary iwth this o u tfit, at least

Southern Oregon D istrict Feder­
ation of Womens Clubs met w ith
the Pres. Miss Grace Chamberlain
last Wednesday for an a ll day
session. A lot of business was
gone over and disposed of, be­
tween ten o’clock, the s o u r set
for the arrival of the women,
and noon. A delicious lunch was
then served, followed by more
business of the Federation 1» the
