July 13.— <IP) — School children In the counties of Southern California are more careful on streets than dult pe destrians because of the inten sive training in safety which has been a pajt of schoolroom study for the past two years, according to officials of the Automobile Club of Southern California. Three hundred and fifty thous and children In the 13 southern ceunty schools have been taught the elements of safe conduct on the streets, it was said.
