M r. Crips has instituted a new
phase In his C. S. History classes,
making them more Interesting
and npvel. He haa assigned to
several . students the name of
some groat man In the history of
America, so that reports can be
made on them. H r. Phelps gave
the d rat report Tuesday afternoon
on Abraham Lincoln and brought
'to lig h t many things about the
great president that are seldom
mentioned« though Interesting.
Ry thia plan It Is hoped the
students taking U. S- History will
find the Influential men in history
more than mere names in a book.
