Services nt the Theosophlcal
temple, which are held at three
o'clock every Sunday afternoon,
proved very interesting. Madame
Katherine Tingley, president of
the worldwide society, told of her
recent trip to Europe. The temple
is a beautiful circular building,
somewhat resembling a Turkish
mosque In appearance, w ith pecu­
lia r decorations. There Is s won­
derful pipe organ and splendid
classical mnsic.

fectly plain, except for an a rtific­

Oldfields, at Brea. Mrs. Oldfield
is note quite acclimated yet b at

as ever and they both are enjoying
life and doing much good work.
W e see the two Leavitt girls,
Amy and Alice, occasionally. The
latter Is working here in Pasadena
and the former is a stenographer
for the Edison company in Loa
Angeles, where she lives w ith a
cousin.
