Laura Raguse, Who 1« music sup­
ervisor of the public schools. Eq-
semble effects attained by the or­
chestra and other groups were
most excellent and Miss Raguse Is
to be congratulated on the success

Both the boys’ * and girls glee
, clubs are larger this year than us­
ual and are presenting some very
interesting popular numbers. The
orchestra lost some strong mem­
bers this year, but a good many
new players have volunteered who
w ill soon work into the places.
Monday
evening’s program,
which was really a contribution to
«he yearly program of the Ashland
Music Study Club, called out a
fine audience that taxed the ca­
pacity of the chui'ih. The stu­
dents are assured a good audience
when they give a similar event.
