The ladies of Talent, Orefcoa.

F. F. Burk and family spent the
week-end at Crescent City and

calling on old friends Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Thurber were re­
turning from a motor trip that
extended to Bend where they vis­
ited W. G. Ager and family. Mr.
Ager was formerly principal ot
Talent school and Is now superin­
tendent of city schools at Bend.
Mrs. Ager Is a sister of B. L.
Thurber.
Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Hodges of
the Golden Crest Orchard left
Sunday for a few days hunt on
Pleasant Creek which is in the
vicinity of the town of Rogue
River.
Mrs. L. O. Penland was calling
on Mrs. R. R Foster last Monday
Denny and Co. packing house at
Phoenix, finished packing Mon-
day for this season.
