Mazola is an absolutely pure vege
table oil pressed from tne hearts of
full-ripened corn kernels. Regardless
of its economy, Mazola is purchased
solely for its genuine wholesomeness,
its sanitary method of packing, its ap
petizing flavor and its unexcelled qual
ities for making all varieties of salad
dressings.

M ix dry ingredients. A dd Mazola and lemon Juice
o r vinegar and beat u n til creamy. This dressing may
be made in larger quantities and kept in a bottle and
shaken as used.
This is the regulation recipe for French Dressing,
but the proportions o f o il and acid may be reversed
to make it a little m ore tart for those desiring a
sharper dressing.
A little C h ili Sauce or Catsup also gives added
piquancy.

Millions demand the Quaker brand
because o f its toasty, wonderful flavor.
F o r flavor is the important point in
Some 50 years were spent perfect
ing that famous Quaker flavor. Once
you taste it, you are spoiled for or-
dinary oats.
Quaker milling, too, retains ranch
o f the "bulk" o f oats.
And that
kes laxatives less often needed.
Otein, carbohydrates and vitamincs
and "bulk" are thus combined to make
Q u a ke r O ats an excellently balanced
ration.
