THE EPHEMERAL STORE KEEPER

civic problem, it is found by the Civic Development De­
partment of the Chamber of Commerce of the United
States.
“ ’Mie ephemeral merchandiser is attracting attention
all along the line,” it says in a statement ou the sub­
ject, “ because bis failures affect not ouly *lus coiiqietitor*
who know the costs of doing business, but.also the manu­
facturer and the wholesaler.

there are now 435 zoned cities and towns, with a popula­

have found uusolvuble. The practice in adopting a zon­

so that there may, be no hindrance to legitimate expan­
