H. Kipp of the marketing department of the Portland chamber of com merce. Kipp was here yeserday, conferring with the directors as to the advisibllity of continuing the activllea of the association. It is understood that the as sociation has lost money- during the past. Last season, it Is reported, the association lost ,2.500 on the year's activities, while this season, while the loss has not been so large, there is a deficit, which the directors feel may be taken up by the De cember business.
