that the Soviet government of Russia needs another rest
from Trotzky, and they are going to get it.

Soviet are growing conservative. They are trying to ful
fil their obvious duty of governing the state. They find
Trotzky a continuous interference. They never know,
when they get up in the morning, what he lias done the

So they are graciously permitting him to take an
other leave of absenofe in the mountains of south Russia.
