was indicted by the grand jury
Friday on two counts, both mis­
demeanors, under the law. charg­
ing malfeasance and neglect in
Office nnd receiving and delaying
the seryloe of a warraat of ar­
rest.
The sum and substance of the
chargsn against Deputy Forncrook
are as follows:
