Irene K eller of this city was a
guest at a m idnight birthday sup­
per given at Snell hall Friday
night. Places were set for eight
guests. Miss K eller is a senior in
the school of vocational education
and a resident of Snell Hall.

A large num ber of Ashland
people are planning to attend the
Belleview entertainm ent which is
being given a t the school tonight.
A peppy program has been ar-J
ranged and everything is in order
for a jolly time. Playlets, read ­
ings and songs will occupy the
evening and a num ber of well-
known Ashland citizens are p ar­
ticipating. The program will be
as good as if not b etter than the
excellent program which was
given by the same people last
year.

this city entertained with a tu r­
key dinner at th eir home on the
Pacific Highway Sunday, honor­
ing her birthday. A delicious din­
ner was served by Mrs. Barron,
who is known through the valley

enjoyably entertained
at

home of Mrs. Gerald G unter Sat­
urday evening.
A three-course
dinner was served at six-thirty
and the guests then adjourned
to the parlor where a large
Christm as tree, decorated with
candy canes and small presents,
greeted them.
The canes were

receiving a large one which was
won by draw ing slips o paper.
A num ber of games were play­
ed during the evening and much
laughter and m errim ent ensued.

ed wishing for more of these
happy events.
