of having committed a statutory
charge against a thirteen-year-old
girl, pleaded not guilty when ar
raigned before Superior Judge D.
M. Young in Stockton on a grand
jury indictment yesterday. His case
will be set for trial on October 8th.
Many Lodians will be called to
Stockton as witnesses in this case
as Nance claim3 it is a “frame-up”
