H am ley, tn e noted m em ory expert,
who rem ained about ten days. Mr.
Ham ley is a fine conversationalist
and e n te rta in e r, and th e to u rists
present d u rin g his stay enjoyed
m any a tre a t. Few people have the
faculty of story-telling equal to Mr
H am ley. His contact w ith people of
all classes, and in m any countries;

sonality, m ake him one of the m ost
in te restin g c h a ra c te rs visiting the
cam p ground th is season.
The visit of Mr. M urray, th e w ell-,

com pleted a 20,000 m ile hike, «lur­
ing which he visited nearly all th e
s ta te s in th e union. He is to receive
$50,000 for com pleting th is hike in
