ing dope peddler” was discovered
here when federal agents arrested
Ben B. Green on a charge of sellin g'
cocaine and morphine.
"N othing hut quinine in these
capsules,” reported the government

chemist, who made an analysis.
Green is alleged to have been
selling quinine capsules for $1 each,
purchasers believing them to con­
tain drugs. His profit on each cap­
sule is figured at 10,000 per cent.
