witness the Noble Dramatic Company's

is a typical, old-fashioned melodrama,
full of startling situations, abductions,

played the ti role and, while at times
a little overdrawn, kept the audience In

lar weekly meeting last night In the
Chamber of Commerce r'oms. There was
a large attendance. Several matters c ime
up for discussion, among which was that
of the city charging (ntrest in de
linquent assessments remaining unpild
on street improvements. It was the
sense cf the meeting that the city shou'd
charge int--rst in such cases, and ih

advise with the proper authorities. Re-
