RoHser, the Tennessee soldier who, on
the night of September 13, shot a civilian
named Henry HilJebrand, wrs today ac
quitted of the crime by a Jury. It was
shown that RoHser. bad been drugged
while drinking In a low saloon and was
entirely Irresponsible for his acts.
