th lumber for th bridge across Adair's
slough Is gradually disappearing. Ordered
that th clerk Inquire from Mr. Abbott If
the lumber can be used to advantage In
any other part of the district; If so to
inform th court; also that he is directed
to prceecuta all persons found appro
priating the lumber to their own use,
without an order from the court.
