The regatta Is a pronounced sucess.
Ten thousand people witnessed the events
on the water yesterday, which crowded
one another so closely that It was Impot

queen. Mr. S. Normile. crowned
amid impressive ceremonies, and was pre

Shortly before noon the wind stiffened

west, and some of the most exciting races
