Notice Is hereby given that the com mon council of the City of Astoria, Oregon, have Metemuncd and do nenav by determine and Intend to Improve Twentieth street from the north line of Exchange street to tht north line of Commercial street extended, and that such Improvement shall be made by seclal ajuo'&sments uon the lands and premises hereinafter d-slgnated, and which are hereby determined and declared to be benefitted by such Im provement.
