Much fun has been poked at the council for passing such an ordinance, but It will be round -here, aa In Eastern cities, that such a law is highly conducive to the heaJth and cleanliness of any city. That a lady should be compelled to go blocks out of her w-av to avoid passing a cigar tore or saloon, in front of which the aidewalk is so filthy from the expec torations of a crowd of loafers that it is disgusting, 4s sufficient reason for the passage of the law. A GOOD LETTER From the clerk of the Circuit Court. Femandlna, FU.. Feb. 2S. 1S9. Mr. J. George Suhrer, Druggist, City: Dear George: Please send a bottle of Clitunbetiain's Cough Remedy. I would not feel easy if I know there was none of this valuaMe remedy in the house. I have given it a fair test and consider it one of the very beat reme dies for croup that I have ever found. One dose has always been sufficient, al though I use it freely. Any cold my children contract yields very readily to this medicine. I can conscientiously recommend it for croup and colds In children. For year the writer roiled and tossed on the troubled sea of sexual weakness until It was a question whether he had not better take a dose of poison and thus end all his troubles. But providential Inspira tion came to his aid In the shape of a combination of medicine that not only completely restored the general health, but enlarged hi weak, emaciated parts to natural slse and vigor, and he now declares that any man who will take the trouble to send hi name and ad-1 dress may have the method of this won-' derful treatment free. Now when I ! say free I mean absolutely without cost. ; because I want every weakened man to I get the benefit of my experience. ! I am not a philanthropist, nor do I j pose as an enthusiast, but there are 1 thousands of men suffering the mental j itortures of weakened manhood who would be cured at one could they but get such a remedy as the one that cured me. Do not try to study out how I can afford to pay the few postage stamp necessary to mail the informa tion, but send for it, and learn that there are a few thing on earth that al though they cost nothing to get they are worth a fortune to some men and mean a lifetime of happiness to must of us.
