adopting a prohlldtory law almllar to

a vote of 47 ayes to 30 nays, much to the

middle-of-the-road populists and by
a few silver republicans. The proposed
law puts full control of the Uquor traf
fic m the hands of the governor, but

dled through the state commission, with
