Petition of J. C. Relerson and nth
erse for the vacation of the part of
the coursty road running from the
12 miles post on the Flshhawk lioud
to Dad's Creek (known aa the Elsie
road), between the 7 mile post and the
mile post, and the remonstrance of
A. J. Oragg and others against said
petition, comes on be heard at this
time, C. J. Curtis. Esq., appearing for
the petitioners and J. H. Smith Esq.,
appearing for the remonstrators, and
the court having considered the mat
ter, being of the opinion that the road
laid and established June 7th, 1894.

that that portion of the old road In
