In the County Court, Thursday, No vember 22, 1894, fourth day November term. Present, Hon. J. H. D. Gray, judge; R. M. Wooden, and C. Peterson, commissioners; P. I. Dunbar, clerk, and J. W. Hare, sheriff. Court met at 10 o'clock a. m. and was duly opened. In the matter of the delinquent tax sales of the Union Real Estate and Improvement Co. W. M. Kelly, attorney for company, appeared and -asked for an extenton of time In which, to redeem 'the property of said company sold for taxes of 1892. Ordered ithat the matter be laid over for future consideration. Supplemental report of experts show ing amount of outstanding warrants read and ordered placed on file, and Clerk Instructed to make necessary cor rections on county books.
