Council then adjourned. THE BEACH CLEANER. There were several bills passed upon by the city council last night, and then there being no farther business this body adjourned. Any person who had been used to attending these council meetings could not have helped missing Councilman O'Hara from this one. He would never have let that body leave the hall until they had taken up the bill of the beach cleaner against the city.
