In the circuit court of the state of Oregon for the county of Clatsop: Astoria Iron Works, Plaintiff, vs. Dean Blanchard, Defendant: By virtue of an execution and order of sale Issued out of and under the seal of the above entitled court in the above entitled cause on the 22d day of June, 1893, upon a Judgment duly made and rendered therein on the 19th dav of June, 1893, which said execution and order of sale was to me directed and delivered, I did on the 6th day of July, 1S93, levy upon all the right, title, claim, and Interest of the within named defendant in and to the follow ing described real estate, to-wit: Lots numbered one (1) and two (2) of block numbered one hundred twenty-one, 021) of J, M.
