dictments for riot, conspiracy, treason
and murder against the ex-strikers,
known a the Homestead cases, will
not be pressed for trial. It is under
stood they will be dismissed soon.
JOHN SONTAG DEAD.
Fresno, Cal., July 3. John Sontag
died at 1:33 o'clock this afternoon. He
was unconscious before his death for
five hours. An Inquest will be held.
