Olsen, charged with fishing on Sunday, was called yesterday In Judge Cleveland's court The following jury waa empaneled B. F. Allen, Chas. Wright, A. L. Noe and L. Ohler. There waa no material difference in the evidence as heretofore published. The (witnesses examined for the state were Sheriff Smith.Con stable Oberg, Captain Rehfleld, and G, AV. McConnell. The defense called the defendant, C. Olsen; Hans Holt, L, Torrevich and II. McGowan. The state was represented by Deputy Dls- trlct Attorney Curtis, assisted by Geo. Noland, while the defendant was per- resented by Fulton Bros. The case was give to the jury about 6 o'clock.
