Carl Darot, aged 31 years, and Josli Diego, aged 9 years, were Mlled, and lfcifello Poata and Cannon Pared were- seri ously injured by the explosion of a dynamite cartridge this afternoon at Sixty-third street and Tenth avenue, where they were engaged in blasting.
