Ciailo has arrived in Boston from Gig Harbor, with a cargo of spars and shinnies. representing an aggregate value of Sli3S,0U0. This vessel is the largest bark-rigged merchant sailing vessel afloat, and has a tonnage ot over 1700. Her arrival in Boston created a de cided sensation, particularly among the stevedores, for, upon examination, it was found that her cargo of spars was ngly material for them to handle. Some or the spars were over 120 feet long and 42 inches square, each valued at $300. Captain Hardy thought he would have to take some ot the heavier spars back to Oregon, but finally some stevedores were fonud who managed to take out a spar in two days that had been placed in po sition on the vessel in Oregon in as many hours.
