Higgins on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, under the auspices of the ladies of the Baptist church. Refreshments served for children at 10 cents each and for adults at 25 cents. The trial trip over the Astoria and South Coast railroad will be made to day, by the stockholders of the road, aud representatives of the press.
