sessment made by Ordinance No. ,
of the City of Astoria, Clatsop county,
Oregon, and which ordinance passed
the Common Council on the 27th day of
August, 1889, and was approved on the
30th day of August, 1889, for the im-
grovement of Hemlock street, in the
ity of Astoria, as laid out and recorded
by J. M. Shively, from the west side of
East First street to the eastern end of
said street, in the manner provided by
Ordinance No. 1105, of the City of Asto
ria, and which ordinance passed the
Common Council July 23rd, 1889, and
was approved July 2Tth, 1889, on each
