Chclin, at Bandnn, on the night of July 19. 1883. Executive clemency saved Martin Moe who was to be hanged with him, from a similar fate. They had a hard fate. They were hard working, industrious fellows. Lee bad a grudge against Chelin over a love affair. 'Ho and Moe were drunk when they shot Chelin. Will Have One Consideration. The vote stood Ayes 22, Nays 6; absent 2. The bill will be 6ent to Gov. Pennoyer this afternoon. Gov. Pennoyer says that he will veto the bill and return it at once to the house.
