Oregon, and which ordinance passed
the Common Council on the 14th day of
August, 18SS and was approved on the
lr.thday of August. 1888, for the im

city of Astoria as laid out and recorded
by J. M. Shively, from the north side of
Water street to the south side of Wall
street, in the manner provided by Ordi
nance No. 1,014 of said city, and which
