sessment made by Ordinance No. 1,051
of the City of Astoria, Clatsop county,
Oregon, and which ordinance passed
the Common Council on the 14th day of
August, 18S8 and was approved on the
15th day of August. 1888, for the im
provement of West Sixth street in the
city of Astoria as laid out and recorded
bv J. M. Shively. from the north side of
Water street to the south side of Wall
street, in the manner provided by Ordi
nance No. 1,0H of said city, and which
ordinance passed the Common Council
