That no minor, under the ago of cigheten years, shall be permitted to go abroad or be allowed to remain in any theater or place of amusement in which intoxicating liquors are sold, or in any dance-house, or wander about the streets of the city alter the hour of nine o'clock at night, unless such minor shall have the permission of his or her guardian or parent, or shall be accom panied by such parent, or unless such minor shall have necessary business upon such street or streets. Any minor who shall violate the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the police court shall be pun ished by a fine of not less than one, nor more than thirty dollars or by impris onment in the city jail not to exceed ten days.
