The London Pall JIall Gazette of the 26tk publishes an article in which it says it marvels at the fright and flurry exhibited by morning papers, when the whole damage caused by the whole dynamite outrages amounts to less than 100,000, and no loss of life has been occasioned by them. The Gazette says: 'It is both undig nified and foolish to scream about America. If O'Donovan Iiossn were hanged to-morrow, and the collection of money for the skirminishing fund made a criminal offense, it would fail to stop the outrages."
