The Texas Pacific railroad land nrant forfeiture bill was made a spec ial order for Tuesday next The bill to provide for the sale of t .e Cherokee reservation in Arkansas I ased. The bill to amend sections of the revised statutes, which prohibits the delivery of registered letters and money orders to lottery companies, passed.
