In the matter of the petition pre sented or signed by fifteen citizens of Deep River, residents of road dis district Xo. seven (7) asking that a county road be established as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on nav igable water on .Deep liiver at John AVilme's landing and extending to Salmon creek and following the route of the old road, known as the "Old Creek road" and thence through the lands of John Wilme, N. Campbell, J. Salmi re and John Davis, to the Salmon creek side of the hill, thence southerly, along the side hill to a point near the house of Simon Keko, where the said road should terminate, Bend of J. It. Lewis, John Davis and John Salmis, conditioned that they shall pay all costs of viewing, surveying and other expenses con nected with the survey and view of the above proposed road, in the event that the said proposed road is not es tablished by the board of county com missioners, examined and approved. And it is hereby ordered that S. P. Hoff, surveyor, John Bull and Lewis Olsen be and are hereby appointed reviewers to meet at the house of John "Wilme on Monday, the first day of December, 1884.
