Common Council of tlio City of Astoria
propose to order the improvement of
that portion of Arch Street lying be
tween the west side of West Sixth
Street and the west end of Arch Street,
by cutting and filling the same to its
full width, to the following grade, to
wit: at its intersection with West Sixth
Street 111 feet; at its intersection with
West Seventh Street 112 feet; at its in
tersection with West Eighth Street 128
feet; at its intersection with WestXinth
Street 120 feet above the base of grades ;
and by planking the same to a width of
sixteen feet in the center thereof, and
by building a sidewalk on the south
side of said street.
