Fort Robinson, Jan. 24. Capt. Wessells command arrived in camp ' this afternoon bringing the dead bodies of Sergeant Taggart, Privates Brown, Nelson and Debloise, the lat ter having died on the road; also the wounded, and seven Cheyenne prison ers, one buck and one squaw died be fore reaching here. The board meets at this post to-morrow to make an in vestigation into the whole affair. The Indians now here are under guard and will be taken to Fort Leavenworth. Private Hautz, Co. H; 3d cavalry, who was wounded the day after the outbreak, died in the hospital to-day. Washington, Jan. 2i. The cabi net session to-day was the longest in duration that has been held for years. All members were present. There was considerable discussion of the pension bill. Indian affairs and Silting Bull was also much discussed. Luttrell's Pulgas ranch bill came up arain in the house to-dav. It was vigorously opposed by Horace Davis, who said its passage would unsettle all real estate titles on the Pacific coast, as it was an attempt to destroy the patent issued 22 years ago and over throw the title which had been nine times favorably adjudicated. Lut rell supported the bill. The bill comes up again next Friday, Yienna, Jan. 24. The German and Austrian delegates propose to dis patch doctors to infected districts in .Russia to study the character, pro gress and local extension of the plague and a quarantine. The Austrian gov ernment intends introducing a bill in the reichstrath for meeting the ex penses of precautionary measures against the plague.
