"VTOTICE is hereby given that on the ctk
1 dav of November, A. D.. 1870, a leather
valise full of clothing was sent from Astoria
to Oysterville, W. T., addressed to
JOlf X II AG AX, South ISend.
There being no such person at that place nt
present and parties being unable toleam any
particulars ot his whereabouts. Any person
able to furnish information regarding him
will please send the same to the undersigned.
His valise contains an
ARMY DISCHARGE, DATED AUG. 12, 1872;
"Which stated that he was a man 27 years
of age, 5 feet 7X2 inches high, light complex
ion, nlue eyes, brown hair and that he was
a sergeant in company M 5th regiment of
cavalry.
