valise full of clothing was sent from Astoria-
to Oystervuie, w. ., addressed to
JOIIX HAG AN, South Bend.
There being no such person at that place at'
present and parties being unable to learn any
particulars or his whereabouts. Any person J
able to furnish information regarding him,
will please send the same to the undersigned.
His valise contains an
ARMY DISCHARGE, DATED AUG. 12, 1872.
"Which stated that he was a man 27 vears
of age. 5 feet 754 inches high, light complex
ion, l)lue eyes, brown hair and that ho was
a sergeant in company M 5th regiment of
