The meeting will take place online tonight, April 28, beginning at 6 p.m. The public can view the meeting remotely on the district YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/ 97JYouTubeChannel. The purpose of the meeting is to hear pub- lic input and potentially approve the proposed budget. For those who do not have internet access or a way to review the bud- get electronically, a copy of the budget document may be requested to be mailed by calling the district office at 541-997- 2651. Budget information can be found at the fol- lowing link: http://bit. ly/97JBudgetInfo This is a public meet- ing where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may sub- mit public input at the virtual meeting and dis- cuss the proposed pro- grams with the Budget Committee. Florence City Council to hold virtual public meeting Monday This Monday, May 3, beginning at 5:30 p.m., the Florence City Coun- cil will hold its regularly scheduled meeting via videoconference. Due to COVID-19 re- strictions, citizens will not be able to attend City meetings in person. In- terested citizens may lis- ten and view the meeting through the ‘GoToWebi- nar’ platform.
