warranty or guarantee,

dition of the property,

ies, condition of title,

gally created according
to land use laws of any
relevant jurisdiction, ex-
istence of legal access
or the ability to acquire
permits for building,
subsurface, sewerage
or other development
rights under land use
laws of any jurisdic-
tion, eff ect of Federal,
State, and/or local reg-
ulations regarding wet-
lands and/or riparian
areas, and/or any other
restrictions or regula-
tions. All information is
presumed to be from
reliable sources. The

ued at $67,271.00. Any
alternative

1430592 in Section 27,
Township 15 S, Range
12 W. The properties
are located near the
intersection of Tenmile
Creek Road and High-
way 101. Portions of the
property are zoned F-1,
RR-5, and RR-2. The total
area of the parcels is ap-
proximately 19.82 acres
and they are signifi cant-
ly impacted by federally
and locally regulated
streams and wetlands.
Signifi cant
portions
of the property are in-
fested with Knotweed.
Transfer of the property
interest will be by Quit
Claim or Bargain and
